How does the Emotion Code Work?

The short stuff: You most likely have had experiences throughout your life (usually negative) that have created literal balls of energy that get trapped in your physical body. This can cause all sorts of issues for people, from physical pain, to depression and beyond. The Emotion Code process allows us to identifying exactly what these trapped emotions are, and releases them for good so your body can get back to doing what it does best – healing

Trapped Emotions

Trapped Emotions are like balls of energy, vibrating at different frequencies depending on the specific emotion. The emotion of anger is a different vibration than insecurity. These Trapped Emotions often negatively affect the body wherever they are stuck, creating pain and malfunction of bodily tissues. The Emotion Code process helps to instantly release these trapped energies, allowing your body to return to its natural healing state.

Heart Wall

A Heart Wall is an energetic wall that gets formed around the heart as a way to protect it.  In society, we often refer to this as a broken heart or heartache. The Heart Wall is usually formed after experiencing some form of trauma. Most of the population in this country have heart walls. It typically takes around 2 – 4 sessions to completely get rid of a heart wall. The results are astounding once those walls come down!

Virtual Sessions

Since this is all energy, and energy travels almost instantaneously,  Emotion Code sessions are available in Virtual Settings.  It can be done by phone, but my preference is to communicate via Zoom (A platform similar to Skype or FaceTime).  In these sessions, I become a surrogate for my client.  I have been doing these for 4 years now, and the results are just as effective as doing them in person. This way, I’m able to help people regardless of location.

The Emotion Code Seminar

I get it – jumping into something like this with both feet can feel really scary. You can read about the Emotion Code forever, but there’s nothing quite as effective as seeing the actual process live. This is why I offer FREE, demonstrative seminars throughout the year at my Portland, OR clinic. We’ll spend 90 minutes delving into exactly what the Emotion Code is and how it works. There is nothing more powerful than seeing the immediate impact of the process in-person, so I typically do live demonstrations with a few volunteers.

 

Fun fact: Recording videos used to overwhelm me with anxiety to the point where I often couldn’t complete them. After running into this mental roadblock over and over and over again, I decided to do an Emotion Code session on myself; I was so surprised when it all traced back to a single childhood experience.
